Mission
To Train, Develop, and Inspire tomorrow's Air Warrior's for our Nation's Armed Forces. We are looking for highly motivated young men and women ages 14-21 who are Aviation or Military oriented enthusiasts.

Induction Day
Induction Day starts in the Fall after a successful Board Interview.
Commissioning
Commissioning Day ends after 15 weeks, and allows the Cadet to continue into advanced leadership courses, Life Support & SERE, Air Warefare, Threats, & USAF Weapon Systems.

air Force Explorers offers 3-types of Career-based Training Programs for Units.
Air Force Explorers Career Training Units are full-time year-round after school programs. They are run as an 'Officer' or 'Enlisted' Preparatory Program for ages 14-21. A precursor to the Military Explorers, Military Clubs operate in Middle Schools for 7th - 8th graders.
Officer Preparatory Program
A Full-time after school program, accepted Cadet/Candidates spend the 1st 15 weeks training in Officers Candidate School, and upon Graduation, are commissioned 'Cadet/2LT' identical to the Service Academies.Enlisted Program
A Full-time after school program. Accepted candidates spend 3 days in a BMT Course and upon Graduation, are promoted to 'Cadet/Airman'.Military Club Program
A Military Club Program associated with a Middle School sponsor exposes th 6th-8th Graders to a specific Service Branch host USMX Unit to consider a military career option.
Military Career Training
After initial BMT Graduation or Cadet/Officer's Candidate School Commissioning, besides continuing in Officership/Supervisory & Leadership courses, Specialty Career Training begins in 'Airmanship', 'Special Tactics', 'Air Intelligence', or other available Air Force Specialty training areas where available.
